Module 10: The 66-Day “Habit-Lock” Template
- Days 1–22: Destruction (Tearing down the old “complaint” habits).
- Days 23–44: Installation (Building the new “appreciation” habits).
- Days 45–66: Integration (The habit becomes part of your Identity).
- By Day 67: You will no longer “do” Gratitude Practice. Gratitude will become you DNA be Grateful for.
Module 11: The 21-Day Gratitude Journal: In this phase, we move from Passive Appreciation to Active Neurological Priming. The 21-Day Gratitude Journal is the “Neuro-Plasticity Sprint.” While 66 days creates a permanent habit, 21 days is the threshold required to break the old “Complaint Circuitry” in your brain.
