Mentorship
This two-day intensive, “The Mentor’s Architecture,” is designed to transform “informal advice-giving” into a high-impact, professional-grade Mentorship System. We will focus on the psychology of human growth, the “Socratic” method of questioning, and the structural boundaries required to scale a mentee’s potential.
“Welcome, Architects of Potential. Mentorship is the highest form of leadership. It is the art of seeing the ‘finished building’ in a person before they’ve even cleared the lot. Your job is not to give them the answers, but to teach them how to ask better questions. We move from ‘Directive’ (Do this) to ‘Facilitative’ (What do you see?).”
